What we collect
Short version: the estimate form, and nothing else. No tracking, no analytics, no advertising cookies.
The estimate form
When you fill in the form on this site we receive your name, phone number, and whatever you write in the message box. If you choose to fill them in, we also receive your email address, the location of the job, and the type of work.
We use it for one thing: to get back to you about the work you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing.
Where it goes
Submissions are handled by Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which passes them on to our email. That means a copy sits with them as well as with us.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, and no third party tracking script. Fonts and images are served from this site rather than from an outside network, so loading the page does not report your visit to anyone else.
Our web host keeps standard server logs, which normally include IP addresses, for security and diagnostics.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with the job and to meet our record keeping obligations, then we delete them.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.
